Many computers were sold with way to little memory to run programs. If your computer still has less then 1G Byte of Memory (1000Mb), you need to look into adding some addition RAM if your computer supports it. It will give you the speed boost you have been looking for!

Computer Diagnosis & Repair - $60.00

Diagnostic and Repair Service Sometimes your computer just refuses to operate or no longer works like it should. We will check out your computer and tell you what is wrong with it. We can repair your computer and return it back to working order. If we can not fix your computer, our "No Hassles Guarantee*" saves you from having to pay for a computer that can't be repaired (unlike most other services!). We do not charge you if we don't fix your problem!

On-site service is not offered. If you choose to have us repair your computer, we will give you prices on replacement parts and install them for you. Service includes 1-hour of Labor for the installation of one hardware device or software upgrade/install.

Additional labor hours bill at $50.00 per hour, 1/4 Hour increments.

A $30.00 Diagnosis fee will apply if computer is repairable but customer opts to not have it serviced after diagnosed. (No diagnosis fee if computer is not repairable by us.)

Please Note: We no longer service WINDOWS 95/98/ME/2000 or Upgraded OS to XP without un-installing 95/98/ME/2000 first.

We do NOT fix or diagnose board level failures. We will check your hard drive(s), CD/DVD ROM drive(s), RAM, PC Cards, Modem, etc to verify their functional status. If the problem is not found there, we will inform you of that and return your hardware. There is no charge for this. In most cases, the cost to diagnose and repair a problem on the Motherboard far exceeds what most people are willing to pay for a computer that is no longer in warranty.

*No Hassles Guarantee applies to any repair request we deem to be not repairable. You will not be charged for the repair if we can not fix it or, the repair in our estimation, would exceed the value of the computer.
